We proudly offer returns or exchanges for perfumes you're not fully satisfied with — because confidence in your scent matters.

Please Note the Following Guidelines:
Return Window:  Valid within 7 days of purchase
Processing Time:    Please allow 5–6 working days for request review and processing.
Product Condition:  
  • At least 90% of the perfume must remain in the bottle.  
  • Minor usage (under 10%) may incur a small handling charge.  
  • Usage above 10% makes the product ineligible for return.
Packaging:  
  • Original Wooden Box must be intact.  
  • If missing or damaged, a deduction fee may apply based on the condition.
